     Title: Foursquare Convention 2008
SPIRITUAL EXPECTANCY!
HOLY SPIRIT ENERGY!
TIMELY URGENCY!

An Invitation from Pastor Jack Hayford

To All Church Leaders, Members and Friends of the Foursquare Church:

“There is a new surge of divine grace sweeping through The Foursquare Church—something’s happening!”

Thousands have also heard how God stirred us in Israel last summer—calling us to expect “spiritual strongholds to topple.” This is happening, and prompting us to “Move ahead and move together.”

SO, WE’RE GOING TO HOUSTON, AND I WANT TO INVITE YOU: MAY 26-29, 2008!
It’s the next Foursquare event in a series as God moves us ahead!

The 2008 Convention of the Foursquare Church, is convening at Houston’s new world-class event center, which has convenient—also new—hotel accommodations that are virtually adjacent. Vibrant worship will be led by such gifted leaders as Israel and New Breed, Roger Thrower, Eric Green and Carolyn Foster. Nationally recognized speakers such as Kirbyjon Caldwell and Robert Morris will be joined by Foursquare leaders including Jim Tolle, Tammy Dunahoo, Dale Evrist, Randy Remington, Peter Bonanno, Tony Krishack and myself.

A battery of workshops will be offered, with a spiritually paced agenda, a rich mix of companion events, an unprecedented quality of displays and resources—all joined to a time of wonderful fellowship with our growing family!

There’s reason for expectancy! We’re gathering “unto Jesus,” under the theme: “The Unchanging Christ and The Unshakable Kingdom”; sobered by the times, summoned by the Spirit, we come to earnestly seek God’s grace upon us all.

This is no ordinary season—the Lord is making that clear!
And this is no ordinary time—the hour calls for awakening!

That’s why I’m asking each pastor, leader and member to pray and plan to attend this
year’s convention, with an urgent passion for God to move among us. Then, I’m asking
each of you to arrive with expectancy that He will answer our prayers!

Come, as we “move ahead”—moving past habits of “business as usual,” unto the future—
with a united heart, crying out, “Even So Come, Lord Jesus!”

Join me in that heart cry—
and let’s plan to meet in Houston!
